[Charter]
We, the Welkin Ring, are dedicated to the quest of knowledge and friendship in Norrath.
We share in the glory and pain within our guild. We are willing to sweat blood for our mates.
We are not biased towards any one faction, race, class, or religion.
We have to unite against difficulties with our guild or members.
We should make efforts to sympathize with the fellows and understand their opinions.
We are the teamworkers. We are the friends of all. We are the Welkin Ring.

我々、Welkin Ringは、ノーラスにおいて知の探求と友情のために献身する。
我々はギルドにおいて栄光と痛みを分かち合い、友人のために血を流すことをいとわない。
我々は、特定のファクション・種族・クラス・信仰に傾倒するものではない。
我々は、ギルドやそのメンバーが困難に遭ったとき、一致団結してこれに対処しなければならない。
我々は、仲間を思いやり理解しあうための努力をするべきである。
